Privacy Policy

This website is the personal portfolio of Reylan Ocampo, a website designer and developer based in Marikina, Philippines. I am responsible for how personal data is handled here.

This website’s domain, hosting and SSL certificate are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).

When you visit, Cloudflare automatically processes technical information to deliver the site, keep it secure and protect it from abuse. This can include:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referring page
• Date and time of the request

This information is used only to run and secure the website. For details, see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Every page is served over HTTPS using an SSL/TLS certificate from Cloudflare. This encrypts the data sent between your browser and the website, including anything you type into the contact form.

When you send the contact form, I receive the details you enter:

• Name
• Email address
• Business name
• The services you are looking for
• Your message

Submissions are sent through Google Apps Script, stored in a private Google Sheet and copied to my email inbox, all provided by Google. I use this information only to reply to you and discuss your project. I do not sell it or share it with anyone else without your permission.

Before sending, you are asked to confirm that you have read this policy.

If you email me directly, your email address and message are used only to respond to your request.

I do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and I do not set cookies of my own. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the website from bots and attacks. These are not used to track you across other sites.

To load quickly and look the way it does, this website uses a few external services. When your browser loads them, those providers may receive your IP address:

• Google Fonts, for the typefaces
• cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr, for animation libraries
• Figma, for the embedded AssetVault prototype

The site also links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Behance and live client websites. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of that service applies. I have no control over how they handle your data.

I keep contact form submissions and emails for as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, for the length of the project. After that I delete them unless I am required to keep them for legal or accounting reasons.

Under applicable data protection laws, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data I hold about you
• Have your data corrected or deleted
• Limit or object to how it is used
• Withdraw your consent at any time
